Sheaf Street Pale
Packed full with Centennial and Mosaic hops, this session pale has big tropical fruit aromas which carry through into the taste. Notes of grapefruit in the taste with a pleasant bitterness.
Mojo
Our easy drinking session pale is hopped with Goldings and Admiral hops for a subtle soft stone fruit hop flavour with a little bit of orange zestiness from the Admiral. A pleasant medium bodied pale which has a nice amount of sweetness and a crisp finish.
Toha
An all New Zealand hopped session pale. Toha means Forge in Maori, the beer was forged in Sheffield and showcases three fantastic hops from New Zealand – Rakau, Taiheke and Wai-Iti. We also dry hopped the beer with 2kg of Taiheke and Wai-Iti.
Jericho
Our all American hopped West Coast Pale Ale. Featuring El Dorado, Cascade, Calypso from Washington State. Plenty of tropical fruit and citrus flavours derived from these great American hops with some soft stone fruit notes.
Ale
A modern classic Best Bitter. Crafted and inspired by Sheffield’s historic Bitter brewing tradition. Maris Otter malt has been lavished with First Gold hops and a late twist of Polish Marynka hop to produce a perfectly balanced session Best Bitter.
Sorsby Stout
A traditional dry stout made with plenty of roasted barley to give prominent coffee and roasted malt notes, complimented by some subtle sweeter flavours from the caramalt and crystal malt. Hopped with Target and Bramling Cross. Named after Robert Sorsby who was the first master cutler of Sheffield in 1624.
Station Yard
An all English hopped Golden Ale brewed with Whitbread Goldings and Bramling Cross Hops. The combination of these classic English hops give soft stone fruit flavours along with a subtle earthy spiciness with some lemony notes. A perfect balance of fresh light hoppy flavours with a medium sweet malt backbone make this golden ale very quaffable.
Station Porter
Our take on a classic English porter. Generous amounts of chocolate and brown malt give a nice dark chocolate flavour with subtle hints of coffee, Hopped with Target and First Gold to balance some of the sweetness, with some notes of liquorice
